SUMMARY OF THE IMPORTANT FEATURES OF VL OFFICE

by Mr.K.Vanlalliana for and on behalf of VL Multisoft Corporation. This
new Software is designed to maintain the overall accounting management
of different Government Offices including Offices of Corporate &
Society undertaken by the Government, who follows the accounting
procedures and methods with the same Government . Some of the important
features are as follows:
A. Budget Estimate And Revised Estimate : This Software
does not only Record both Budget Estimate and Revised Estimate, but
also help us to easily calculate the Amount for the new B.E and R.E.
Even if the user wants to increase or decrease the Estimate from the
previous year by some percent, by just typing the require number of
percentage in the appropriate box, and then click in the Calculate
button, you can get the exact require new Estimate for your Office. In
this way preparation of new estimate to increase or lesser by the
account department, he headache of the Account officials can be removed
and rather turn into the comfortable works.Indeed, availability of this
type of software to use for the account department is really a good
news.

B. Recording Daily Expenditure:Using
this software, every daily expenditure can be Recorded so that the
expenditures for each head of charges can be easily shown.
Whenever is required, the expenditures can be shown as
per our requirement detailly & quickly. The expenditures can be
shown in the following ways:
1) Financial Year Wise 2)Month Year Wise 3) Date Wise
From each of the above options, there are another options in
order to get all the required information in a particulars
required Ledger, from which you can select the way to display the
expenditure incured and balance as well.

C. Monthly
Report: With the help of ‘VL Office Accounting software’,
the Monthly Expenditures Reports for all heads of Charges can be
finished within a few second, which help us to save our valuable
time and do more office works. The Monthly Expenditures Reports
can be prepared by just selecting the appropriate Monthly report
Option. By Just pointing and Selecting ANNEXTURE-A from the
Monthly Report, Annexture-A for the Particular Monthly Report is
ready to Print. In the same way, the ANNEXTURE-B and ANNEXTURE-C
for the Monthly Report can be finished with Just a single Click.
D. Quarterly Report:
Just like the Monthly Expenditures Report, preparing a
quarterly Expenditures Report is now very easy. By just pointing
the appropriate Quarterly report Option and click in the
appropriate button, you can prepared the quarterly Report for your
Department.

E. Current Balance: Just point the
pointer to Actual Current Balance from the View Menu, you can see
the Current balance for each head of charges. From this, you can
make some selection in which you can select the Balances to be
shown is whether Under One Major head or more than Or Major Head,
whether Under Plan or Non-Plan or Both, whether under normal State
or Under CSS, NEA, TFC, etc. or All. The Current Balance for each
head of Charges under select option will be shown immediately when
you click on the ‘SHOW LIST’ button.

F. Sale / Credit: This software is
designed to be able to record all the Credit /Sale record. This
Credit / Sale record will be useful for some department which are
dealing with tradings (Sale of materials). This help the
Department / Corporation to be able to know easily their
financial Position, whether they are making profit / loss in the
current Financial Year. From the sale / Credit record, we can
easily give the report how much Profit / Loss is occured for
different Heads. The Profit / Loss can be shown in different ways
like- Major Wise-for each Head of charges, Abstract Object Wise,
Abstract Minor Head Wise, etc.

G. Backing Up the Record: This
software is design to be able to Backup all the transactions
(Record) easily. In this software, if the user want to make the
Backup Copy / Copies of the Record data, He/She can easily make
the Backup copies by selecting ‘BACKUP RECORD’ from the File Menu
and then selecting the Drive and Folder in which the Backup
Record will be kept.

H. Software Instalation and maintenance:
The installation of this software is very simple and easy.
Insert the Setup CD on the CD Rom Drive, if the setup is not run
automatically, Open the Setup Folder and then Click on the Setup
Executable, then the Software will be installed in the desired /
selected Drive and Folder automatically.
